Whenever you are diagnosed with a medical condition, you might feel like the only person in the world it has ever happened to. In fact, in life we often feel alone, even if we know everyone is going through similar things! I just got off the phone with a girl friend who is feeling bad about getting older. She feels alone every though everyone in the world is going to deal with that subject at one point of time. No matter what you’re going through, it’s hard to feel alone. There are many women around the world who have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) just like you. We don’t want you to feel alone whether it’s PCOS, getting older, or anything in life! This being the case, there are many places to find support – both in person and online.
The newest and our favorite being our online S’moo Babe Community Group. Where other women struggling with PCOS are connecting, and everyday women are talking about their hormones and health in a safe space!
However, here are even more suggestions. Use a combination of these ways to get the help you need because you matter and we don’t want you to feel alone!
