What You’ll Need

Why don’t we start by going over the ingredients you’ll need. Remember to scroll down to the recipe card to see the specific amounts.

  • Flour of your choice (Gluten Free options work great for this)
  • S’moo Ovary Good Hormone Balance Powder (Strawberry or Unflavored)
  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • Brown Sugar
  • Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
  • Maple Syrup
  • Fresh Strawberries, chopped, substitute with frozen and thawed strawberries
  • Lemon

In a large bowl, mix the flour, S’moo Ovary Good powder, rolled oats, and brown sugar together. Be sure to mix these dry ingredients together throughly.

Add the olive oil and maple syrup, then mix with a rubber spatula until well-combined. The batter will be a little more on the dry side, but you can add more maple syrup if too dry.

Next, prep your strawberry layer by simply toss all ingredients together and setting it aside for layering.

You’re almost done! Transfer 3/4th of the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Then add in an even layer of your strawberry mixture to the baking dish.  Topping it with the remaining oatmeal mixture on top.
