We love that Katy shared this awesome recipe with us and she also left a little note about her S’moo experience:

“I love S’moo so much! I’m only on my 1st tub and It’s already helped with my acne, thinning hair and I’ve also been able to drop 5 pounds so far! I can’t wait to see more amazing results as I continue my S’moo journey 🥰💕” – Katy Z.

Why do you want these ingredients in your diet? Here is why:

Pumpkin: packed with holiday vibes and also it turns out… vitamins and minerals! Who would have guessed, plus pumpkin is also relatively low in calories because it’s mostly water. It’s high in potassium, vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. Pumpkin is also great for your skin. It is high in carotenoids like beta-carotene, which your body turns into vitamin A.

Banana – Baking or making a smoothie, banana’s add a creamy sweetness that can’t compare to anything else! Because its sugar content is balanced with fiber, it can help maintain a healthy blood glucose level, making it okay for people with diabetes to use. Fun fact: an unripe banana is mostly starch but as it ripens it turns into a natural sugar with potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, Magnesium and more!

S’moo – all in one Hormone Balancing Supplement. Made to help women with hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, PMS, Endometriosis, Menopause and more to balance their hormones and feel their best selves again! Just one scoop a day is all you need.
